1-Return policy:

Hey OOO Shoppers! Here’s a fun return policy for you: once your package is delivered by the courier, its time to embrace the inner detective within 🕵️ . That means, you need to inspect your purchase thoroughly while the courier is still there. If (god forbids) you aren’t satisfied with your purchase and you’re not doing a happy dance after you’ve checked your item, please make sure to give it back to the courier on spot.

Once the courier says his goodbye, our return part is over.

Shipping fees will be covered by customers.

2-Exchange policy:

Now for all you exchange enthusiasts, if you’d like to exchange your purchase, please make sure to give us a shout within 48 hours of receiving your order. Remember: Exchange shipping fees are covered by customers. Easy peasy yeah?Happy OOO shopping.  

NB. If you ordered more than one item, but sadly you did not like them all, and only want to keep some of them and return the rest, due to the shipping company's policy, you will have to pay for all the items, and then send us a message with which items you would like to return within 24 hours of receiving your order, so we can send the courier once again to receive unwanted items. OR, you will have to return the whole order on spot, only pay the shipping fees and then re-order only the items you need.

3-Order Limit:

To ensure that we can fulfill your request efficiently and maintain the quality of our service, we have the following policies in regards to order limits:

• Maximum Order Limit: Customers can order up to 3 clothing items at a time.
• Extended Limit Option: If you would like to order up to 5 items, we require a 50% deposit to proceed.

If you encounter any issues with sizing upon receiving your package, we would be happy to exchange items to ensure you get the perfect fit. Simply just reach out to us within 48 hours, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.

4-Order Cancellation and Reshipping Policy:

We strive to provide our customers a good service and ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our products. To maintain this standard and manage order fulfillment efficiently, we have established the following policy regarding order cancellations and reshipping:

Order Cancellations: We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate order cancellations. However, to ensure that we can continue offering the best service to all our customers, we have implemented the following guidelines:

1. If you cancel 3 orders or more after we have shipped out your package for delivery, we will require a 50% deposit on any future orders.
