1-Return policy:
Hey OOO Shoppers! Here’s a fun return policy for you: once your package is delivered by the courier, its time to embrace the inner detective within 🕵️ . That means, you need to inspect your purchase thoroughly while the courier is still there. If (god forbids) you aren’t satisfied with your purchase and you’re not doing a happy dance after you’ve checked your item, please make sure to give it back to the courier on spot.
Once the courier says his goodbye, our return part is over.

NB. If you ordered more than one item, but sadly you did not like them all, and only want to keep some of them and return the rest, due to the shipping company's policy, you will have to pay for all the items, and then send us a message with which items you would like to return within 24 hours of receiving your order, so we can send the courier once again to receive unwanted items. OR, you will have to return the whole order on spot, only pay the shipping fees and then re-order only the items you need.

3-Order Limit:

- Maximum Order Limit: Customers can order up to 3 clothing items at a time.
- Extended Limit Option: If you would like to order up to 5 items, we require a 50% deposit to proceed.
If you encounter any issues with sizing upon receiving your package, we would be happy to exchange items to ensure you get the perfect fit. Simply just reach out to us within 48 hours, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.
