That means, you need to inspect your purchase thoroughly while the courier is still there. If (god forbids) you aren’t satisfied with your purchase and you’re not doing a happy dance after you’ve checked your item, please make sure to give it back to the courier on spot.

If you ordered more than one item, but sadly you did not like them all, and only want to keep some of them and return the rest, due to the shipping company's policy, you will have to pay for all the items, and then send us a message with which items you would like to return, so we can send the courier once again. OR, you will have to return the whole order on spot, only pay the shipping fees and then re-order only the items you need.
